If one tries to convey a focus within the overall impression made by the work of Krueger & Pardeller construction as a form principle is certainly a primary issue. It is also a mode of establishing artistic and non-artistic references. The objects are perceived as either constructive sculptures, design objects or architectural fragements. Depending on the observer’s view that leads to new connotations within the framework of the entire spatial design. The sculptural objects are always in line with the overall spatial concept and refer to architecture as well as natural and scientific construction modes.
However, Krüger & Pardeller do not hide behind references, they try to make them effective in the uncertainties and surprises the objects trigger in the individual beholders. Hence they are constantly re-kindling the relationship between sensual perception and sensible thought. Harald Krejci
