D.h. auch Materialeigenschaften oder Farbe, an sich abstrakte Begriffe, sind immer an einen Träger, an eine Form gebunden. Nicht nur sind wir gewohnt qualitative Eigenschaften von Formen zu erkennen, wir unterziehen jede Form auch einer Bewertung und zwar sowohl in ästhetischer Hinsicht, als auch erlauben uns kulturelle Formen eine Interpretation der ihnen zugrunde liegenden Haltung.
